The Incarnate Jesus Day 4

1 John 4:7 “Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.”
When we are living like Jesus in incarnational ways it will show up in closest relationships. Those relationships will be ruled by love and care. Jesus does this so amazingly well and we read about these deep and intimate relationships he built with not only the disciples, but Mary and Martha and Lazarus and others. The love that Jesus shows for his close friends is one of the great draws and the Apostle John says that it will be one of the things that draws the world towards us–the way we love in the mundane and day-to-day is what sets us apart as those who know God.
